* Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

5. Product Information and Prices

Oomcart attempts to display accurate product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other information.

However, information may occasionally contain errors or may change without prior notice.

Prices displayed on Oomcart may be changed by Partners from time to time.

The final amount payable will be displayed before the order is placed.

6. Payments

Payments may be made using the payment methods made available on Oomcart.

You agree to provide valid payment information when required.

Oomcart may use third-party payment service providers to process transactions. Payment processing may therefore also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.

7. Delivery

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order where required.

Oomcart shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer or the customer's inability to receive the order.

9. Cancellation, Refunds and Returns
